Working Principle of Hydraulic Lifting Platform
Hydraulic oil forms a certain pressure by vane pump. It enters the lower end of the cylinder through oil filter, flameproof electromagnetic reversing valve, throttle valve, hydraulic control one-way valve and balance valve, so that the piston of the cylinder moves upward, lifts heavy objects, and the upper end of the cylinder returns oil to the tank through flameproof electromagnetic reversing valve. The piston of the cylinder moves downward (as the weight drops). The hydraulic oil enters the upper end of the cylinder through the explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve, and the oil returns to the tank through the balance valve, the hydraulic control one-way valve, the throttle valve and the explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve. In order to make the weight drop smoothly and brake safely, a balance valve is set on the return road to balance the circuit and maintain the pressure so that the descending speed is not changed by the weight. The throttle valve regulates the flow rate and controls the ascending and descending speed. In order to ensure braking safety and prevent accidents, a hydraulic control one-way valve, i.e. hydraulic lock, is added, which can lock itself safely when the hydraulic pipeline bursts unexpectedly. An overload sound alarm is installed to distinguish overload from equipment failure.
